🖥️ How Stella got her SPARK back

Remember the initial excitement and purpose you felt when launching your business? Maybe that spark has dimmed a bit under the weight of endless tasks and to-do lists.

Daily planning — and all of your plans still go wrong.

Family responsibilities.

Budgets.

So many things.

It’s easy to forget why you started … or veer off the path, miles from your destination.

If this is resonating, I’ve created a framework that can help.

Think of it as a roadmap to reignite your passion, reclaim your time, and achieve your goals with joy and purpose.

The SPARK Framework.

So, what is SPARK?

It's the five key ingredients to fuel your entrepreneurial journey:

S - Spark Joy: Reconnect with your why, the reason you started this incredible journey. Create a workspace that inspires you, embrace imperfection (hello, progress over perfection!), and find activities that bring joy to your workday. Think Marie Kondo meets your ambitious goals.

P - Prioritize Purpose: Ditch the endless to-do lists and focus on tasks that truly align with your values and goals. Imagine strategically weeding your garden, nurturing only the blooms that bring you joy and fulfillment.

A - Automate & Amplify: Leverage technology and systems to automate repetitive tasks and free up your time for the strategic stuff. Create efficient systems for handling common tasks, like email management, project management, and social media scheduling. Say "no" strategically: Don't be afraid to decline requests that don't align with your priorities or purpose.

R - Reflect & Refine: Take time to celebrate your wins (no matter how small!), track your progress, and seek valuable feedback. Regularly evaluate your productivity and identify areas for improvement. Prioritize your well-being through healthy habits, sleep, and activities that reduce stress and boost energy.

K - Keep it Going: Cultivate a growth mindset, build a supportive community, and celebrate the journey, not just the destination. Imagine having your own personal cheer squad, motivating and inspiring you every step of the way.

To make SPARK even more relatable, let's see how Stella uses it. Stella started her business fueled by a passion for health and community. But soon, she was drowning in content creation, client calls, and algorithm anxiety. Sound familiar? Here’s how she uses the framework to turn it around and get centered:

  • S - Spark Joy: Stella transformed her workspace with inspiring quotes and ethical coffee (because #priorities!). She also scheduled "joy breaks" to recharge and reconnect with her passion.

  • P - Prioritize Purpose: She identified her core values of sustainability, ethical production, and empowering women. She then streamlined her content to resonate with these values, attracting her ideal clients.

  • A - Automate & Amplify: She used scheduling tools and analytics platforms to streamline her workflow and track her impact.

  • R - Reflect & Refine: She celebrated milestones, tracked engagement, and sought feedback from her community to refine her approach.

  • K - Keep it Going: She joined a mastermind group for support and inspiration, and started sharing her journey to motivate and inspire others with her green smoothies and group coaching.

Now, Stella’s business is thriving, and she's doing it with purpose and joy.
